WHOLE HOME RENOVATION WITH FIRST AND SECOND STORY ADDITIONS

A small home in Webster Groves was craving more space. Aleto was called in to lay the groundwork for a full home renovation with single and second-story additions. After Aleto carefully completed the demo of the existing property they framed the new spaces in both the first and second floors of the home and added roofing.

Aleto prepared for the rest of the project by rough framing for a beautiful front porch, fireplace, stairs, and functional interior wall floorplan. The homeowners then took over and completed the interior finishes of the home, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and all the decorative finishes that make a house a home.
