SETTING THE FRAMEWORK FOR A SECOND STORY
Handy homeowners called upon Aleto’s expertise with city homes to create a spacious second floor addition. After careful planning, Aleto framed the structure, did the exterior finishes as well as the electrical and HVAC then handed the reins over to the homeowners so they could put their mark on the inside finishes.
TAKING DOWN WALLS AND OPENING SPACES

WHOLE HOME RENOVATION WITH FIRST AND SECOND STORY ADDITIONS
A small home in Webster Groves was craving more space. Aleto was called in to lay the ground work for a full home renovation with single and second story additions. After Aleto carefully completed the demo of the existing property they framed the new spaces in both the first and second floors of the home and added roofing. Aleto prepared for the rest of the project by rough framing for a beautiful front porch, fireplace, stairs and functional interior wall floorplan. The homeowners then took over and completed the interior finishes of the home, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall and all the decorative finishes that make a house a home.
SETTING WALLS FOR A SPECTACULAR LOWER LEVEL
Updating the lower level of a home in St. Louis Hills called for creative design and execution. The homeowners wanted a more functional space and that first called for moisture control systems to be put in place including an interior drain tile system. Once the basement was dry we worked the homeowners to demo the existing wall paneling, bathroom and more. We got right to work on framing the new walls, installing the mechanical systems, drywall and installing a bathroom fixtures. The homeowner then took the paint brush to put a splash of color on the walls and trim to complete the basement renovation.
